3. Products and pricing
All products listed on this website are physical bullion coins sourced from accredited refineries. Prices are confirmed at the point of enquiry and locked at the point of payment authorisation. Prices are subject to change based on prevailing market conditions until payment is authorised. Gold Krugerrands are VAT-exempt as investment-grade coins. Silver Krugerrands are subject to VAT, and pricing is shown inclusive of VAT.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via enquiry and confirmed by our team. We accept EFT and card payments. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
5. Delivery and collection
High-value orders are dispatched via branch-to-branch collection, requiring signature and valid identification upon collection. Smaller orders may be delivered via insured courier. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and availability. Risk passes to the buyer upon collection or delivery confirmation.
6. Verification
For high-value transactions, we may request proof of identity and address as part of our internal due diligence procedures. This is conducted through a secure third-party provider. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
7. Returns and cancellations
Due to the nature of precious metals and their fluctuating market value, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed at the prevailing market price at the time of return, not the original purchase price.
8. Limitation of liability
Orbiko Africa (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We do not provide investment advice and make no guarantees regarding the future value of any bullion product.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Orbiko Africa (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
